Sagres is a Portuguese town of Vila do Bispo, with 34.28 km ² of the area in 1939 inhabitants (2001). Density: 56.6 inhabitants / km ².

Famous for nautical school that the Infante D. Henrique then installed in the XV century. The parish was created in 1519, for dismembering of Vila do Bispo. Until 1834, Sagres county was independent. He had, in 1801, 413 people. Today is parish of Vila do Bispo.
